Cathy Green serves as Director of Business Development and Sales for Kasper Custom Remodeling, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and develops Preferred Partnerships throughout the luxury residential market in Dallas-Fort Worth. Her focus includes building relationships with luxury real estate professionals, architects, interior designers, golf and country clubs, luxury automotive brands, and other high-end lifestyle organizations. Cathy brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, mortgage origination, real estate sales, title and settlement services, hospitality, event planning, and charity fundraising coordination. She earned a BAAS degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship in 2017, with studies focused on branding, public relations, advertising, social media marketing, HR, and business practices. Known for her integrity, professionalism, and relationship-driven approach, Cathy has remained actively involved in organizations including the Collin County Association of Realtors, TREPAC, Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), NTXAMP, Frisco Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce. For more than 10 years, Cathy has also supported KENNA’s Kids/Lil Warriors and volunteered with fundraising events benefiting organizations such as the National Kidney Foundation, Wounded Warrior, Presley’s Promise, and other nonprofit causes serving children, veterans, and families in need.
