Contract Signed

Who can participate?

This program is open to everyone — past and current clients, architects, interior designers, home builders, real estate agents, trade partners, HOA board members, friends, family, and anyone else in your network. If you know someone who is considering a remodel, we want to hear from you.

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make, and no special relationship with Kasper is required to participate. Whether you worked with us last year or simply know someone who has been thinking about their next project, you are eligible.

What is the reward?

Eligible referrals are rewarded with a cash payment issued within 30 days of a fully executed construction contract. The amount varies based on the scope of the referred project — our Director of Business Development will walk you through the details personally when you connect.

Past and current clients may also be eligible for an enhanced credit option that can be applied toward an active or upcoming remodel. Ask us about this when you reach out.

How do I submit a referral?

You can submit a referral directly through our website form or by emailing us the client’s name and contact information. Just be sure to let your client know we’ll be reaching out to schedule a consultation.

When do I receive my reward?

Once your referral’s contract is fully signed you will get paid cash (or a credit option if your a homeowner with a project) within thirty (30) days.

Do I need to be involved in the project to qualify for a reward?

Nope! While we love collaborating directly with our industry partners, your rewards aren’t dependent on your involvement beyond the initial referral. You’ll still receive your perks even if your role ends after the introduction.

Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?

Not at all! There’s no cap on the number of referrals you can make or rewards you can earn. The more clients you refer who move forward, the more perks you’ll receive.
